it is only remotely horrifying to see photographs of oneself the first thing
in the morning; even still, these are better than a pic of a German actress
who vaguely resembles a thirty-years-from-now me, with fam. Friendster is
so strangely sincere, like a bizarre forum for sincerity and kindness. Even
the joshing about and nastiness has underpinnings of heartfelt appreciation.
I've never seen anything like it.
